摘　　要：产业集群创新发展离不开数据要素的推动作用,以专利信息为核心的知识产权信息分析一直是产业竞争情报分析领域的重要分析内容之一,随着全球知识产权信息数据呈级数增长,知识产权信息已然成为知识产权大数据。从知识产权的内涵出发,其既具有Volume(数据容量大)、Variety(数据种类多)、Velocity(处理速度快)和Value(应用价值高)四个方面的大数据基本特征,还具有Veracity(真实性)、Validity(有效性)、Variability(可变性)、Visibility(可视性)四个方面的领域特征,从而论证知识产权数据属于大数据范畴。从知识产权大数据的角度出发,其在产业集群创新发展得到了广泛应用。The innovation and development of industrial clusters cannot be separated from the promotion of data elements.The analysis of intellectual property information with patent information as the core has always been one of the important analysis contents in the field of industrial competitive intelligence analysis.With the exponential growth of global intellectual property information data,intellectual property information has already become the big data of intellectual property.Starting from the connotation of intellectual property,big data of intellectual property not only has basic characteristics of big data,including volume,variety,velocity and value,but also has domain characteristics of that,including veracity,validity,variability and visibility.It proves that intellectual property data belongs to the category of big data.From the perspective of intellectual property big data,it has been widely used in the innovation and development of industrial clusters.
