摘 要:居住能耗不仅与建筑单体设计相关,与小区布局、群体组织形态同样关系密切。为研究夏热冬冷地区居住小区空间形态与能耗的关系,以成都市44个居住小区为例,基于4个居住小区空间形态类型、12个居住小区内外形态指标及居住小区能耗软件模拟数据,通过相关性分析探讨居住小区空间形态对能耗的影响。结果表明:点式、行列式小区能耗较低;居住小区的容积率、建筑密度、平均楼层等10个指标会影响小区的制热、制冷能耗,其中,容积率、平均楼层、周边建筑与小区高度比、街道与小区宽高比等4个指标尤为显著。据此,从节能减排视角提出了居住小区空间形态优化策略,以不断推动城市低碳居住小区的建设发展。Residential energy consumption is not only related to single building design,but also closely related to morphology and group organization form.In order to study the relationship between housing estate morphology and energy consumption in hot summer and cold winter area,this paper took 44 samples of housing estates in Chengdu as an example,and explored the impact of housing estate morphology on energy consumption in hot summer and cold winter area through correlation analysis based on 4 major housing estate forms,12 internal and external housing estate form indexes and energy consumption software simulation data.The results show that the energy consumption of point-type and row-type housing estates is low,and 10 indexes,such as floor area ratio,building density and average floor affect the heating and cooling energy consumption,among which the floor area ratio,average floor number,height ratio of surrounding buildings to housing estate,and width-height ratio of street to housing estate are particularly significant.Accordingly,the study proposes housing estate morphology optimization strategies from the perspective of energy saving and emission reduction to continuously promote the development of low-carbon settlement construction in cities.
