摘　　要：分析后疫情时代真人图书馆面临的困境并找到摆脱困境的路径,对真人图书馆的可持续发展意义重大。文章阐述了“理念”和“人力”两大困境,从技术层面和管理层面探寻真人图书馆未来的发展路径,得出网络化、智慧化和元宇宙是真人图书馆的三条技术路径,以及弹性管理、融合管理和伦理管理是支撑真人图书馆未来发展的三条管理路径的结论。It is of great significance for the sustainable development of living library to analyze the dilemma faced by living library in the post-epidemic era and find ways to get rid of them.This paper discusses the dilemma of"concept"and"manpower",explores the future development path of living library from the technical and management levels,and draws the conclusion that network,intelligent and metaverse are the three technical paths of living library,and flexible management,integrated management and ethical management are the three management paths to support the future development of living library.
