摘　　要：芭芭拉·B·蒂利特是美国图书馆学与信息资源组织领域的知名专家,她在构建FR家族编目概念模型、策划并实施虚拟国际规范文档(VIAF)项目、编制和推广国际编目规则RDA等领域均颇有建树,为国际编目的标准化、规范化、一体化发展以及编目成果的共建共享等都作出了巨大贡献。她的智慧结晶不仅勾勒了编目的历史,更代表着编目的未来。文章从编目概念模型、虚拟规范文档建设以及RDA国际编目规则三方面深入探析蒂利特的编目思想,通过思想研究,回顾编目工作的发展脉络,总结有益经验,并以此为基础阐述这些思想对现当代信息组织工作的影响,以便启迪思维,更准确地预测未来的发展方向。Barbara B.Tillett,a well-known expert in the field of library science and information resources organization in the United States,has made great achievements in constructing the conceptual model of FR family cataloging,planning and implementing Virtual International Authority File(VIAF)project,compiling and promoting the international cataloging rules Resource Description and Access(RDA),and has made great contributions to the development of standardization,formalization and integrated of international cataloging,as well as the co-construction and sharing of the cataloging results.Her wisdom not only outlines the history of cataloging,but also represents the future of cataloging.This paper analyzes Tillett′s cataloging thoughts from three aspects:the conceptual model of cataloging,the construction of VIAF and RDA,reviews the development of cataloging work through ideological research,summarizes useful experiences,and expounds the influence of these thoughts on modern and contemporary information organization work,in order to enlighten thinking and predict the future development direction more accurately.
