摘 要:数字人文为高校图书馆带来重新定位服务着眼点和创新点的机遇和挑战,高校图书馆选择有效的知识管理策略,精准切入读者知识需求,是信息服务向智慧和智能延伸的过程中实现服务创新和可持续发展的关键。文章利用网站调研法、文献阅读法和实地访谈法,从知识创造、知识分享和知识应用三个维度,对数字人文背景下美国哈佛大学图书馆知识管理进行研究,基于其知识管理实践,构建知识管理模型,并提出构建数字人文知识网络和社会网络的建议,以期为国内高校图书馆提供借鉴。Digital humanities brings opportunities and challenges for university libraries to reposition their service focus and innovation.It is the key to realize service innovation and sustainable development in the process of extending information services to wisdom and intelligence that university libraries choose effective knowledge management strategies and precisely cut into readers′knowledge needs.Using the website research method,literature reading method and field interview method,this paper studies the knowledge management of Harvard Library in the United States in the context of digital humanities from three dimensions of knowledge creation,knowledge sharing and knowledge application,constructs a knowledge management model based on its knowledge management practice,and proposes the suggestions on building digital humanities knowledge network and social network,so as to provide reference for domestic university libraries.
