摘  要:平朔矿区各种大型工程机械车辆每年会产生大量废润滑油,为解决废润滑油处理成本高、难度大的问题,设计将再生润滑油与平朔矿区自主开发的含水复合油相材料进行混合制成新型组合油相材料,以替代普通柴油制造多孔粒状铵油炸药。研究了再生润滑油质量分数对新型组合油相材料黏度、炸药爆炸性能的影响,并结合实际开发了冬、夏两季使用的油相材料。结果表明,再生润滑油质量分数为15%时的新型组合油相材料,能够替代普通柴油生产多孔粒状铵油炸药,所生产的炸药爆速达3380 m/s,且没有雷管感度,既满足了爆破质量和安全要求,又达到了降低炸药生产成本的目的。Large vehicles in Pingshuo Mine generate a large amount of waste lubricating oil.In order to deal with the expansive and challenging disposal of the waste lubricating oil,this study mixed regenerated lubricating oil with water-bearing complex oil phase material developed independently by Pingshuo Mine to make a new complex oil phase material to replace ordinary diesel oil for manufacturing porous granular ANFO explosives.We studied the effect of regenerated lubricant quality fraction on the viscosity and explosive performance of the new materials and the oil phase materials for use in winter and summer for actual practice.The results show that the new complex oil phase material can replace ordinary diesel fuel when the quality fraction of the regenerated lubricating oil is 15%to produce porous granular ANFO explosives.The explosives can reach a detonation velocity of 3380 m/s without detonation sensitivity,which could meet the blasting quality and safety requirements and reduce the cost of explosives production.
