摘 要:为了深入了解井筒注浆的原理、影响因素及扩散规律,提高井筒注浆的牢固性,本文在总结井筒注浆效果影响因素的基础上,采用数值模拟方法,针对不同注浆参数条件下的浆液扩散规律进行了研究。模拟结果表明,改变不同注浆参数时,浆液的扩散半径整体上随着时间的延长先增加后趋于平缓;注浆孔附近的围岩孔隙率随着时间的增加逐渐致密,不利于浆液的扩散。结合现场实际优化注浆参数后,麻家梁矿副井井筒下方146 m处的涌水量下降了81%,防渗效果显著,节约了注浆成本,可为类似井筒注浆工程提供参考。To understand the principles,influencing factors,and diffusion laws of wellbore grouting,improve its firmness,and save costs,the study investigates the slurry diffusion under different parameters by numerical simulation.The simulation results show that,as the grouting parameters change,the overall diffusion radius increases with time and then tends to level off;the porosity of the surrounding rock in the vicinity of the grouting hole becomes denser with time,which is not conducive to the slurry diffusion.After optimizing the grouting parameters in combination with the field practice,the water inflow at 146 meters below the auxiliary shaft in the Majialiang mine decreased by 81%,resulting in remarkable anti-seepage effects and savings in grouting cost,which could provide a reference for similar grouting projects.
