摘  要:为确保安全回采,提高回采效率,以山西某矿1213综放工作面回采范围内的空巷为研究对象,在过巷前采用高水材料充填空巷。高水充填材料的甲料浆和乙料浆按质量比为1∶1混合使用,并根据1213综采工作面具体生产地质条件,采用高水充填材料净浆充填,水灰质量比确定为5∶1,现场采用泵送加挡墙分段填充空巷。在使用高水材料填充后,工作面漏顶、压架、倒架现象明显减少,两顺槽片帮现象得到改善,回采速度加快,取得了预期效果。To ensure mining security and improve mining efficiency,the abandoned roadway of 1213 fully mechanized caving face in Shanxi Province was studied and high water material was used to fill the abandoned roadway before working face passing through the abandoned roadway.The A and B slurries of the high water material were mixed at a mass ratio of 1∶1.According to the specific production geology of the 1213 fully mechanized mining face,a net slurry of high water filling material was used,with a water-to-ash mass ratio of 5∶1.The site was filled in sections using pumping plus retaining walls.After filling by the high water materials,roof leakage,support crushing,and tilting significantly decreased,with the improved spalling rib of the gateway and accelerated recovery speed,which has achieved the expected results.
