菲油果嫁接和组培繁育初探

摘　　要：菲油果是一种具有较高发展前景的树种,但其种苗无性繁殖技术相对落后。试验以嫁接、组织培养为切入点,使用1 a生、2 a生菲油果实生苗为砧木,在3月、4月进行嫁接试验,得出适宜的砧木年龄和嫁接时间。以带芽茎段、叶片、花丝作为外植体,在WPM养基中进行培养,筛选适用的外植体种类。结果表明:1 a生和2 a生的菲油果实生苗均适合作为菲油果嫁接砧木,但1 a生实生苗培育成本低,更符合生产需要。3月为菲油果嫁接的适宜时间。Feijoa sellowiana is a kind of tree with high development prospects,but the asexual propagation technology of its seedlings is relatively backward.The test through grafting and tissue culture,used seedlings of 1a and 2a as stocks,tested in March and April,to getting suitable stock age and grafting time.Used stems with buds,leaves and filaments as explants,cultured in WPM medium,to select suitable explant species.The results show that:The seedlings of 1a and 2a are both suitable as stocks,but the cultivation cost of 1a seedlings is low,which is more meet production needs.March is the appropriate time for grafting of Feijoa sellowiana.
