摘　　要：文章基于内蒙古鄂尔多斯市绒山羊生产技术社会化服务模式,分析绒山羊生产技术服务体系的构建与推广、运行情况。研究表明,鄂尔多斯市农牧业投资发展有限公司牵头组建的绒山羊生产技术服务团队和“1+4+4”绒山羊生产技术社会化服务模式,有效地促进了鄂尔多斯市绒山羊生产技术服务体系的建立和完善,为鄂尔多斯市绒山羊生产要素的优化配置、关键技术研发与示范奠定了坚实基础;绒山羊生产技术服务体系的市场化运作,有效解决了绒山羊生产技术供给与科技创新相脱节的难题,为“科技兴蒙”行动专项资金的高效利用提供了保障。但是,绒山羊生产技术服务体系刚刚建立,还有很多需要完善的地方,基于此,提出了全面收集绒山羊养殖户基本信息、做好有效技术服务成果和关键技术的宣传工作、现阶段和今后一段时期需要政府的持续性政策扶持等推进绒山羊生产技术服务体系更好运行的建议。Based on the socialized service model of cashmere goat production technology in Ordos City,Inner Mongolia,the construction and promotion of cashmere goat production technology service system were analyzed.The research shows that the cashmere goat production technology service team led by Ordos City Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Investment Development Co.,Ltd.and the"1+4+4"cashmere goat production technology socialization service mode have effectively promoted the establishment and improvement of Ordos City cashmere goat production technology service system,and laid a solid foundation for the optimal allocation of Ordos City cashmere goat production factors,key technology research and development and demonstration;The market-oriented operation of the cashmere goat production technology service system effectively solves the problem of the disconnection between the supply of cashmere goat production technology and technological innovation,and provides a guarantee for the efficient utilization of the special funds for"revitalizing Mongolia through science and technology".However,the technical service system for cashmere goat production has just been established,and there are still many areas that need to be improved.Based on this,suggestions have been put forward to comprehensively collect basic information from cashmere goat farmers,promote effective technical service achievements and key technologies,and require sustained policy support from the government at present and in the future to promote the better operation of the cashmere goat production technical service system.
