摘　　要：文章从内控管理、实现组织目标和依法治理等方面分析了农业科研单位加强合同管理的必要性,并以江苏省农业科学院为例,阐述了其加强合同管理的实践,从提高合同管理水平和对合同管理重要性的认识、通过检查等方式推动合同精细化管理、强化动态视角下的合同全生命周期管理等方面提出了加强农业科研单位合同管理的建议。The article analyzes the necessity of strengthening contract management in agricultural research institutes from the aspects of internal control management,achieving organizational goals and legal governance,and takes Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example to explain its practice of strengthening contract management,and puts forward suggestions for strengthening contract management in agricultural research institutes in terms of improving the level of contract management and awareness of the importance of contract management,promoting refined contract management through inspection and other means,and strengthening the whole life-cycle management of contracts in a dynamic perspective.
