摘　　要：舍饲母牛是肉牛全产业链的基本出发点,但繁育母牛的利润与产业链的其他环节相比较低,诱发了整个肉牛产业链条利润下降,导致母牛存栏量大幅度减少,给整个肉牛产业链的发展带来了危机。因此,研究母牛养殖的成本收益,找出存在的问题,对整个肉牛产业链的可持续发展具有重要意义。文章以科尔沁牛业繁育基地为例,从成本及收益出发,分析其存在的问题,从扶持规模化养殖场、加强政策扶持、促进肉牛全产业链发展等方面提出了相应的对策建议,以促进我国肉牛产业发展。House feeding cows are the basic starting point of the whole industrial chain of beef cattle,but the low profit of breeding cows compared with other parts of the chain has induced a decline in the profit of the whole beef cattle industry chain,leading to a substantial decrease in the stock of cows and bringing a crisis to the development of the whole beef cattle industry chain.Therefore,it is important to study the cost-benefit of cow breeding and find out the existing problems for the sustainable development of the whole beef cattle industry chain.Taking the Horqin cattle breeding base as an example,the article analyzes its problems in terms of costs and benefits,and puts forward corresponding countermeasure suggestions from supporting large-scale breeding farms,strengthening policy support,and promoting the development of the whole beef cattle industry chain to promote the development of China′s beef cattle industry.
