摘  要:培养、打造一支综合素质高、创新能力强的青年科技人才队伍,是农业科研院所可持续发展和提升竞争力的重中之重,但青年科技人才流失问题也是其人才队伍建设中的难点、痛点问题。文章以广东省农业科学院为例,通过对流失青年人才的回访调研,查找青年科技人才流失原因,提出科学谋划人才引进、完善青年人才培养机制和加强创新生态环境建设等预防青年科技人才流失的对策,以期为省级科研院所加强青年科技人才队伍建设提供借鉴。Cultivating and possessing a team of young scientific and technological talents with high comprehensive quality and strong innovation ability is the top priority for the sustainable development and competitiveness improvement of agricultural research institutes,but the outflow of young scientific and technological talents is also a difficult and painful problem in the construction of the talent team.Taking Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,this paper finds out the reasons for the outflow of young scientific and technological talents through the return visit and research,and puts forward countermeasures for scientific planning of talent introduction,improving the training mechanism of young talents and strengthening the construction of innovative ecological environment in order to provide reference for provincial research institutes to strengthen the construction of young scientific and technological talents.
