兽医专业博士“三维四面”培养模式与机制创新——以吉林大学为例

摘　　要：培养当今社会所需要的高层次实践型人才,即专业学位博士研究生,是今后专业学位教育的重要任务。文章围绕吉林大学动物医学专业学位博士(以下简称“兽医专业博士”)培养,从“三个维度”和“四个方面”展开探讨,提出了贯通式培养、协同创新式培养、学科交叉式培养等培养模式,并从多导师培养、协同教学、注重实践、奖励制度完善等方面展示了吉林大学在兽医专业博士培养过程中取得的创新实效,以期促进兽医专业博士培养教育全面创新和整体质量提高。Cultivating high-level practical talents required by current society,namely professional degree doctoral students,is an important task of professional degree education in the future.This paper focuses on the cultivation of Professional Doctorate majoring in Veterinary Medicine at Jilin University and carries out the discussion of"three dimensions"and"four aspects".This paper puts forward the cultivation modes of through-cultivation,collaborative and innovative cultivation,and interdisciplinary cultivation and demonstrates the innovative effectiveness achieved by Jilin University in the process of veterinary doctoral cultivation in terms of multi-mentor cultivation,collaborative teaching,emphasis on practice and improvement of reward system,with a view to promoting comprehensive innovation and overall quality improvement of veterinary doctoral cultivation education.
