蓝光联合支持治疗方案应用于新生儿病理性黄疸的临床疗效探析

摘　　要：目的探讨蓝光联合支持治疗方案治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床疗效。方法选取2019年2月—2021年3月莆田市儿童医院收治的82例病理性黄疸新生儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组41例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加蓝光联合支持治疗方案治疗,对两组患儿疗效进行对比。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.68%,高于对照组的75.61%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)、肌酸激酶同工酶(creatine kinase isoenzyme,CK-MB)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase,α-HB-DH)等指标水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清直接胆红素(serum direct bilirubin,IBIL)、黄疸指数(jaundice index,TCB)、总胆红素(total bilirubin,TBIL)等胆红素指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蓝光联合支持治疗方案治疗新生儿病理性黄疸不仅能够提升整体治疗效果,还能调节心肌酶和胆红素指标水平,从而改善患儿临床症状,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of blue light combined with supportive therapy in the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice.Methods A total of 82 neonates with pathological jaundice who were treated from February 2019 to March 2021 of Putian Children's Hospital were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given blue light combined with supportive therapy on the basis of the control group.The curative effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.68%,which was higher than that of the control group(75.61%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LDH,CK-MB,α-HB-DH and indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of IBIL,TCB,TBIL and other bilirubin indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of blue light and supportive therapy in the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice can not only improve the overall therapeutic effect,but also regulate the levels of myocardial enzymes and bilirubin indexes,thereby improving the clinical symptoms of children,which is worthy of promotion.
