医用耗材精细化管理模式的构建及应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨以问题和需求为导向构建医用耗材精细化管理模式的应用效果。方法将2020年1月—2021年6月为基线调查阶段,作为对照组。本阶段医院耗材管理采用传统的粗放式管理模式。将2021年7月—2022年12月为实施干预措施阶段,作为干预组。本阶段医院耗材管理采用以问题和需求为导向构建医用耗材精细化体系。观察两组在用于耗材盘点天数、医院耗材百元医疗性收入耗占比和高值耗材申请合规率等方面有无差异性。结果用于盘点天数由4.5 d降到1.4 d;医院耗材百元医疗性收入耗占比的变化:2022年上半年为20.53%;下半年为17.70%,下降了13.78%。高值耗材申请合规率由23.36%提高到100%。结论临床应用结果表明,以问题和需求为导向构建医用耗材精细化管理体系的应用,革新了耗材管理体系,开辟了全新管理模式。打破了传统管理模式的弊端,规范医疗行为,降低廉政风险;全面提升耗材管理水平,提高耗材管理的效率,优化医院收入结构,降低医院成本及患者经济负担,有利于提升公立医院的运营管理质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of constructing the fine management mode of medical consumables with the guidance of problems and demands.Methods January 2020-June 2021 will be the baseline survey phase as the control group.The hospital consumables management in this phase adopts the traditional rough management mode.July 2021-December 2022 will be the implementation of the intervention phase,as the intervention group.This phase of hospital consumables management adopts the problem and demand-oriented construction of medical consumables refinement system.The two groups were observed for any differences in the number of days used for consumables inventory,the percentage of hospital consumables consumed for 100 yuan of medical sexual revenue and the compliance rate of high-value consumables application.Results The number of days spent on inventory decreased from 4.5 d to 1.4 d;the percentage of hospital consumables consumed in the first half of 2022 was 20.53%;in the second half of 2022 was 17.70%,a decrease of 13.78%.The compliance rate of highvalue consumables application rate increased from 23.36%to 100%.Conclusion Clinical application results show that the application of the problem and demand-oriented construction of medical supplies refinement management system,innovation of the supplies management system,opened up a new management model.It breaks the shortcomings of the traditional management mode,standardizes medical behavior,reduces the risk of integrity;comprehensively improves the level of consumables management,improves the efficiency of consumables management,optimizes the revenue structure of hospitals,reduces hospital costs,reduces the economic burden of patients,and helps to improve the quality of operation and management of public hospitals.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
