“语境编织”视角下的历史文化街区更新设计研究——以大圩老街为例

摘　　要：当前,我国进入了以人为核心的新型城镇化阶段,历史文化街区的保护与更新对延续城市文化脉络,推动城乡建设的高质量发展具有重要意义。由于历史文化街区中活态遗产的特殊性、历史文脉资源的丰富性,街区正面临着保护与发展、短暂与持久等双重矛盾,亟需探索与之相适应的更新设计策略。针对历史文化街区在保护与更新中所面临的困境,文章引入“语境编织”理念,探讨历史文化街区更新与设计的新方法,提出历史文化街区的更新设计应关注三个方面,即构建持续性文化语境、丰富居民生活语境和建设秩序化旅游语境。并以桂林灵川县大圩老街为例,阐述系统化的更新设计方法,为我国历史文化街区的保护与更新提供一定参考。Currently,our country has entered a human core new urbanization stage,protection and renewal of historical cultural districts are of great significance to continue city culture vein and promote the urban and rural construction of highquality development.Due to the particularity of living heritage and the richness of historical context resources in historical and cultural blocks,the blocks are facing the double contradictions of protection and development,transience and permanence,so it is urgent to explore the corresponding renewal design strategy.In view of the dilemma faced by historical and cultural blocks in protection and renewal,the concept of"Contextual Weaving"is introduced to discuss the new method of renewal and design of historical and cultural blocks.It is proposed that the renewal design of historical and cultural blocks should pay attention to three aspects,namely,the construction of continuous cultural context,the enrichment of residents'living context and the construction of tourism context under order.Taking Dawei Old Street in Lingchuan County,Guilin as an example,this paper expounds the systematized updating design method and provides certain reference for the protection and updating of Chinese historical and cultural districts.
