摘  要:为了建立基于人机工程学的纺织机械设备操控界面设计的新思路,提升界面操作时的效率。文章基于人机工程学从操作人员的生理需求和心理需求两个方面出发进行关键人因分析,提出人机界面设计的原则,并且将它应用到界面的具体设计中。以期通过基于人机工程学的纺织机械设备操控界面的设计研究可以进一步改善操控界面的可用性,进而提高用户在使用纺织机械设备操控界面过程中的满意度和使用感。在企业转型升级、装备智能制造发展的背景下,国产中、高端纺织装备发展较快,机械纺织设备的界面设计在未来将会有更加广泛的应用空间。In order to establish an ergonomics-based design of textile machinery and equipment control interface design ideas,and improve the efficiency of interface operations.From the two aspects of the physiological needs and psychological needs of the operators,the key human factors analysis is carried out,and a set of human-machine interface design principles are derived,and they are applied to the specific design of the interface.The design and research of textile machinery and equipment control interface based on ergonomics can improve users'satisfaction and sense of use in the process of using textile machinery and equipment control interface.Under the background of enterprise transformation and upgrading and the development of intelligent equipment manufacturing,domestic medium and highend textile equipment has developed rapidly,and the interface design of mechanical textile machinery and textile equipment will have more extensive application space in the future.
