初始缺陷对格构式高墩墩顶偏位的影响分析

摘  要:文章以西北地区某高速公路项目为研究背景,采用有限元数值模拟方法,分析格构式高墩存在初始几何缺陷和初始材料缺陷时对墩顶偏位的影响。结果表明:墩顶偏位均随着不同方向初始几何缺陷的增大而增大,对比可得双向初始几何缺陷对墩顶偏位的影响较大;当墩底节段存在初始材料缺陷时,对墩顶偏位影响最大,且同一施工节段内非全截面材料缺陷对墩顶偏位的影响比全截面存在初始材料缺陷更显著。Taking an expressway project in Northwest China as the research background,this paper uses the finite element numerical simulation method to analyze the influence of initial geometric defects and initial material defects on the deviation of the pier top.The results show that the deviation of the pier top increases with the increase of the initial geometric defects in different directions.The comparison shows that the bidirectional initial geometric defects have a great influence on the pier top deviation.When the initial material defects exist in the bottom section of the pier,the influence on the deviation of the pier top is the greatest,and the influence of the non-full section material defects on the deviation of the pier top in the same construction section is more significant than that of the initial material defects in the full section.
