摘 要:钢结构是目前大型体育会展项目常用的结构形式,在钢结构屋盖施工中,需考虑拼装场地、大型吊装设备吊装工况等因素影响,个别设计单位通常未把此部分荷载纳入考虑范围,因此,需对顶板采取加固措施。传统回顶加固方法会使原结构板直接受力,而结构板承受上部荷载的能力有限。文章以某工程为例,剖析了回顶托换结构技术优化及施工工艺流程,并提出了作业区域安全管控策略。优化后的回顶托换结构可以将顶板上部荷载直接传递到地下室底板,不仅能满足施工要求,还能最大限度地保证原结构的安全。Steel structure is a commonly used structural form in large-scale sports exhibition projects.In the construction of steel structure roof,it is necessary to consider the influence of assembly site,hoisting conditions of large hoisting equipment and other factors.Some design units usually do not take this part of the load into account.Therefore,it is necessary to take reinforcement measures for the roof.The traditional back-to-top reinforcement method will directly force the original structural plate,while the ability of the structural plate to bear the upper load is limited.Taking a project as an example,this paper analyzes the optimization of the back-to-top underpinning structure technology and construction process,and puts forward the safety control strategy of the operation area.The optimized back-to-top underpinning structure can directly transfer the upper load of the roof to the basement floor,which can not only meet the construction requirements,but also maximize the safety of the original structure.
