摘 要:为满足日益增长的高速交通需求,高速公路工程建设规模越来越大,工程造价也逐渐升高。面对复杂的施工工艺,较大的工程量及造价影响因素,为提高高速公路工程造价控制成效,文章以佛开高速公路工程为案例背景,基于工程造价敏感性分析模型,剖析其造价控制的敏感性影响因素,并综合工程实际情况提出造价控制对策,以此为同行业人员提供参考,以保障工程建设经济效益。In order to meet the growing demand for high-speed traffic,the scale of expressway engineering construction is larger and larger,and the cost of engineering is also gradually increasing.In the face of complex construction technology,large engineering quantity and cost influencing factors,in order to improve the cost control effect of expressway engineering,this paper takes Foshan–Kaiping Expressway project as the case background to analyzes the sensitivity influencing factors of cost control based on engineering cost sensitivity analysis model,and puts forward cost control strategies based on the actual situation of the project,so as to provide reference for personnel in the same industry to ensure the economic benefits of engineering construction.
