摘　　要：文章通过分析农业建设项目合同计价的特点,以及以限额设计、预算后审为代表的传统计价模式在农业项目总承包合同中应用时存在的问题,探讨通过模拟清单的引入以解决相关问题的可行性,提出模拟清单计价模式在农业建设项目工程总承包合同中的应用策略。This paper analyzes the characteristics of contract valuation of agricultural construction projects,as well as the problems existing in the application of traditional valuation modes represented by quota design and post-budget audit in the EPC contract of agricultural projects,discusses the feasibility of solving related problems through the introduction of simulated list,and puts forward the application strategy of simulated list valuation mode in the EPC contract of agricultural construction projects.
