摘　　要：装配式钢结构建筑具有构件加工精度高、安装速度快、节能环保等特点,有利于推动建筑行业的可持续绿色发展、促进产业技术进步。文章针对目前各地大力发展的装配式钢结构建筑,介绍了装配式钢结构建筑国内外发展历程及装配式钢结构建筑发展的各地政策,总结了存在的问题和对策,指出推广装配式钢结构是我国建筑装配化多样化发展的必由之路。Prefabricated steel structure buildings have the characteristics of high component processing accuracy,fast installation speed,energy conservation and environmental protection,which is conducive to promoting the sustainable green development of the construction industry and promoting industrial technological progress.In view of the prefabricated steel structure buildings vigorously developed in various places at present,this paper introduces the development history of prefabricated steel structure buildings at home and abroad and the local policies for the development of prefabricated steel structure buildings,summarizes the existing problems and countermeasures,and points out that the promotion of prefabricated steel structure is the only way for the prefabricated and diversified development of buildings in China.
