摘　　要：文章详细介绍了海外房建现汇项目技术标编制方法,并提供项目部所需管理人员、国内外各工种工人、施工机械设备配置标准和计算依据,以及项目整体部署、进度计划、平面布置原则,旨在提高海外房建项目技术标编制质量和项目中标率,为后续编标人员提供参考。The article provides a detailed introduction to the preparation method of technical proposals for overseas real estate construction spot exchange projects,and provides the required management personnel,domestic and foreign workers of various types of work,construction machinery and equipment configuration standards and calculation basis for the project department,as well as the overall deployment of the project,schedule plan,and plane layout principles,aiming at improving the quality of technical proposal preparation of overseas housing construction spot exchange projects and the project bidding rate,and providing reference for subsequent proposal preparation personnel.
