摘 要:通过细致分析并优选布敦岩沥青干法改性工艺。采用干法改性工艺,研究布敦岩沥青的特性及布敦岩沥青的改性机理。针对现有的布敦岩沥青改性沥青混合料配合比设计方法进行比较,分析了得出其优缺点,采用“改进型折减法”作为布敦岩沥青改性沥青混合料的配合比设计方法,结合某公路试验路路面采用的BRA改性沥青AC-16C型混合料、70号基质沥青混合料和SBS改性沥青混合料的性能对比实验研究,同时结合同类型工程实际进行BRA和SBS的成本和碳排放对比分析,从混合料的高温性能、水稳性能、低温性能、疲劳性能和路用价值需要综合考量,分析BRA改性沥青混合料在国内现今形式下综合路用价值,得出相较于传统混合料30年周期综合性能优越、节约财务成本320万/km、每吨沥青混合料的碳排放为24.08 kg。For the purpose of this paper,BRA dry modification process was applied upon a careful analysis.Then,by combining with BRA dry modification process,characteristics and modification mechanism,a comparison was made among the existing mix proportion design methods of BRA modified bituminous mixtures.Further,an analysis was conducted as to their respective advantages and disadvantages.Finally,the improved reduction method was put forward to be the mix proportion design method of BRA modified bituminous mixtures.Based on the experimental study on a comparison among BRA modified asphalt AC-16C mixtures used in the pavement of some highway experimental section,the 70#bituminous mixtures,and the SBS modified bituminous mixtures,in terms of their performances,and also on a comparison and analysis of the cost and carbon emission of BRA and SBS actually used for the same type of projects,it could be concluded that,compared with the traditional mixtures,the BRA modified bituminous mixtures have an excellent comprehensive performance and outstanding economic benefits,and generate significantly less carbon emissions,if comprehensively considering its high-temperature performance,water stability performance,low-temperature performance,fatigue performance and value for road,as well as,It is concluded that compared with the traditional mixture 30 years cycle comprehensive performance is superior,the financial cost is 3.2 million/km,and the carbon emission per ton of asphalt mixture is 24.08 kg.
