摘 要:为保证桥梁结构的安全施工,评估桥梁工程中常用的施工机械三角挂篮的安全水平极为重要。鉴于此,本文以某桥梁工程中三角挂篮为例,结合二次二阶矩法对三角挂篮主桁结构开展了可靠度分析。分析结果表明:三角挂篮前斜杆可靠指标最低,其可靠指标β=4.233,前弦杆的可靠指标最高,其可靠指标β=5.602,建议采用前斜杆可靠指标来衡量三角挂篮可靠度水平,同时在保证安全的前提下对前弦杆进行截面优化;此外,参考《公路工程结构可靠度统一标准》(GB T50283—1999),算例中三角挂篮β=4.233>3.7,能较好满足规范要求的目标可靠度水平,具有一定的施工安全储备。To ensure the safe construction of bridge structures,it is extremely important to assess the safety level of triangular hanging baskets,a commonly used construction machine in bridge projects.In view of this,this paper takes the triangle hanging basket in a bridge project as an example and carries out the reliability analysis of the main truss structure of the triangle hanging basket by combining the second order moment method.The analysis results show that the reliability index of the front diagonal bar of the triangle hanging basket is the lowest,with the reliability indexβ=4.233,and the reliability index of the front chord is the highest,with the reliability indexβ=5.602.It is recommended to use the reliability index of the front diagonal bar to measure the reliability level of the triangle hanging basket,and to optimize the cross section of the front chord under the premise of ensuring safety.(GB T50283—1999),the triangle hanging basketβ=4.233>3.7 in the calculation case,which can better meet the target reliability level required by the specification and has certain construction safety reserve.
