摘 要:钢铁厂有大量的富氢/含碳煤气资源,目前主要用于燃烧加热或发电。但是将煤气用于燃烧,仅利用了其热能(含化学热和物料热),而未发挥其化学还原功能,且能源转化效率不高。为合理利用钢铁厂富氢/含碳煤气、实现减碳目标,对基于富氢/含碳煤气用于冶炼还原剂的减碳策略进行分析。研究表明,钢铁厂的富氢/含碳煤气是良好的还原剂资源,高炉喷吹富氢/含碳煤气实现降碳具备技术可行性。因此,将富氢/含碳煤气经净化、加压、脱碳、加热等工序处理后用于高炉冶炼,可充分发挥煤气的还原功能,与煤气用于燃烧发电相比,全流程能耗和碳排放量更低。喷入高炉的煤气可置换焦炭和煤粉,实现高炉炼铁工序直接减碳10%~20%。当煤粉价格高于1200元/t、焦炭价格高于3000元/t、煤气置换焦炭比例高于20%时,与煤气用于发电相比,煤气用于高炉喷吹经济效益更好,且置换的焦炭比例越大、煤粉价格越高、电价越低,效益越好。There is a large amount of hydrogen-rich/carbon-containing gas resources in iron and steel plants,which are mainly used for combustion heating or power generation at present.However,the gas is used for combustion,only using its heat energy(including chemical heat and material heat),but not playing its chemical reduction function,and the energy conversion efficiency is not high.In order to utilize hydrogen-rich/carbon-containing gas rationally in iron and steel plants to reduce carbon emissions,carbon reduction strategy based on hydrogen-rich/carbon-containing gas used for smelting reductant was analyzed.The results show that hydrogen-rich/carbon-containing gas in iron and steel plants is good reductant resource,and it is technically feasible for blast furnace injection hydrogen-rich/carbon-containing gas to achieve carbon reduction.Therefore,the hydrogen-rich/carbon-containing gas can be used for blast furnace smelting after purification,pressurization,decarburization,heating and other processes.The reduction function of gas can be fully utilized,and the energy consumption and carbon emission of the whole process are lower than that of gas used for combustion power generation.The gas injected into blast furnace can replace the coke and pulverized coal,and directly reduce carbon by 10%-20%in the blast furnace ironmaking process.When the price of pulverized coal is higher than 1200 yuan/t,the price of coke is higher than 3000 yuan/t,and the proportion of gas replacing coke is higher than 20%,the economic benefit of gas used for blast furnace injection is better than that of gas used for power generation.The larger the replacement coke ratio,the higher the pulverized coal price,the lower the electricity price,and the better the benefit.
