摘　　要：丙烷制冷剂(R290制冷剂)的臭氧消耗潜值(ODP)为零,全球变暖潜值(GWP)低,环保性能优良,且价格低廉,属于绿色制冷剂,是商用制冷设备主流的制冷剂之一。目前与丙烷制冷剂配套的冷冻机油是合成酯型冷冻机油,价格昂贵。为了降低成本,增强市场竞争力,开发了矿物油型丙烷冷冻机油以替代合成酯型冷冻机油,从而拓宽冷冻机油的结构。研制的丙烷冷冻机油由调合基础油(N4石蜡基油+N6环烷基油),0.3%的酚型抗氧剂,2.2%的磷系抗磨剂及10.0μg/g的硅油抗泡剂组成,具有良好的抗氧化性能,抗磨损性能及泡沫特性,通过了1000 h的压缩机加速寿命台架试验,能够满足丙烷制冷剂商用压缩机的润滑要求,可以替代合成酯型冷冻机油。(图5表4参考文献8)Propane refrigerant(R290 refrigerant)is a green refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential(ODP),low global warming potential(GWP),excellent environmental performance and low price.It is one of the mainstream refrigerants in commercial refrigerating equipment.At present,the freezer oil matching with propane refrigerant is synthetic ester type freezer oil,which is expensive.In order to reduce cost and enhance market competitiveness,mineral oil type propane freezer oil was developed to replace synthetic ester type freezer oil,so as to broaden the structure of freezer oil.The developed propane freezer oil was composed of a blended base oil(N4 paraffin oil+N6 naphthenic oil),0.3%phenol antioxidant,2.2%phosphorus anti-wear additive and 10.0μg/g silicone oil anti-foam agent,which had good oxidation resistance,wear resistance and foam characteristics,and could meet the lubricating requirements of propane refrigerant commercial compressor and could replace the synthetic ester type freezer oil.(Charts5 Tables4 References8).
