摘  要:冷却液是氢燃料电池热管理系统中唯一的液体介质,其作用是带走氢燃料电池产生的热量,维持电池堆的正常运转。氢燃料电池冷却液对清洁度的要求较高。通过对冷却液泡沫特性和清洁度影响因素的探讨,添加10μg/g的非离子消泡剂,并用0.5μm的滤芯过滤后静置处理90 min,即可得到清洁度为3级(NAS等级)的冷却液(HFC-35氢燃料电池冷却液),能满足氢燃料电池热管理系统中冷却液清洁度不大于5级(NAS等级)的要求。(图4表4参考文献7)Coolant was the only liquid medium in hydrogen fuel cell thermal management system.Its function was to take away the heat generated by hydrogen fuel cells and maintain the normal operation of the battery stack.The requirements for cleanliness of hydrogen fuel cell coolant was high.By discussing the factors affecting the characteristics and cleanliness of coolant foam,add 10μg/g of nonionic defoamer and 0.5μm filter element was filtered and then left standing for 90 min to obtain a coolant(HFC-35 hydrogen fuel cell coolant)with cleanliness level 3(NAS grade).It could meet the requirements that the cleanliness of the coolant in the hydrogen fuel cell thermal management system was not more than Level 5(NAS level).(Charts4 Tables4 References7)
