摘  要:中国石化于2021年成功生产出了低黏度的PAOs基础油(PAO4及PAO6黏度等级),打破了国际油公司对PAOs基础油的技术垄断。为此就中国石化生产的低黏度PAOs基础油与市场主流的某国际知名品牌PAOs基础油(PAO4及PAO6黏度等级)的分子结构及性能进行了对比研究。中国石化生产的低黏度PAOs基础油的分子结构虽然与市场主流PAOs基础油的分子结构有所差异,但其黏温特性,蒸发损失,低温性能,抗氧化性能,橡胶相容性及减摩抗磨性能等均与市场主流PAOs基础油相当,达到了行业先进水平,具有广阔的应用空间。(图6表5参考文献7)The low viscosity PAOs base Stocks(PAO4 and PAO6 viscosity grades)were successfully produced by Sinopec in 2021,and the technological monopoly of international oil companies on PAOs base Stocks was broken.A comparative study was conducted on the molecular structure and performances of low viscosity PAOs base Stocks produced by Sinopec and a mainstream international well-known brand PAOs base Stock(PAO4 and PAO6 viscosity grades).Although the molecular structure of low viscosity PAOs base Stocks produced by Sinopec differed from that of mainstream PAOs base Stocks in the market,their viscosity temperature characteristics,evaporation loss,low temperature performance,oxidation resistance,rubber compatibility,and antifriction and antiwear were comparable to those of mainstream PAOs base Stocks in the market.It had reached the advanced level in the industry and had broad application space(.Charts6 Tables5 References7)
