建筑防水卷材产品强制性标准实施情况分析研究

摘　　要：建筑防水卷材产品强制性标准已实施多年,本文对建筑防水卷材产品强制性标准开展研究,分析目前建筑防水卷材产品强制性标准存在的问题,提出了改进建议,以强制性标准GB 18242-2008《弹性体改性沥青防水卷材》为例评估实施效果。结果表明:实施过程评估分数为8.4,实施效果评估分数为8.5,综合评估分数为8.45,说明该标准实施效果良好。The mandatory standard for building waterproofing membrane products has been implemented for many years.This paper studies the mandatory standard for building waterproofing membrane products,analyzes the existing problems in the current mandatory standard for building waterproofing membrane products,puts forward suggestions for improvement,and takes the mandatory standard GB 18242-2008,Styrene butadiene styrene(SBS)modified bituminous sheet materials,as an example to evaluate the implementation effect.The results show that the implementation process evaluation score is 8.4,the implementation effect evaluation score is 8.5,and the comprehensive evaluation score is 8.45,indicating good implementation effect of the standard.
