摘　　要：目的:讨论腹腔镜胆囊切除术中规范化护理措施的应用。方法:选择2020年6月至2022年6月实行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术治疗的患者80例,分为两组,实验组中使用规范化护理,对照组中使用常规护理。结果:两组的手术后疼痛程度评分、下床活动时间、术后首次排气时间、手术中出血量,并发症发生率,焦虑评分、抑郁评分,护理满意率相比(P<0.05)。结论:在腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者中使用规范化护理,能够保持积极心态,缓解疼痛,改善指标,减少并发症发生率,具有重要的临床价值。Objective:To discuss the application of standardized nursing measures in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups.The experimental group received standardized nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.Results:The postoperative pain score,ambulation time,postoperative first exhaust time,intraoperative blood loss,incidence of complications,anxiety score,depression score,nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of standardized nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can maintain a positive attitude,relieve pain,improve indicators,and reduce the incidence of complications,which has importantclinical value.
