摘 要:本研究以三年生西洋参(Panax quinquefolium)为试材,采用石蜡切片技术观察西洋参越冬芽在分化过程中的形态结构变化,同时测定分化过程中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、抗氧化酶活性及内源激素的动态变化,以期为西洋参的栽培管理中调节开花与营养生长的关系提供理论指导。结果表明,西洋参越冬芽分化可分为叶原基分化期、小叶原基分化期、花序原基分化期、苞片原基分化期、萼片原基分化期、花瓣原基分化期、雄蕊原基分化期、心皮原基分化期8个时期,在越冬芽分化过程中,可溶性蛋白含量、CAT活性、ABA含量升高,POD、SOD活性和MDA含量,以及可溶性糖、IAA、GA3、ZT的含量在西洋参越冬芽各分化时期的变化不同,花序原基开始分化时,ZT/IAA、ZT/GA3比值下降,ABA/IAA、ABA/GA3比值上升。In this study,three-year-old Panax quinquefolium was used as the experiment material,and the morphological and structural changes of the overwintering bud of Panax quinquefolium during the differentiation process were observed by paraffin section technology.At the same time,the dynamic changes of soluble sugar,soluble protein,antioxidant enzyme activities and endogenous hormones during differentiation were determined,in order to provide theoretical guidance for regulating the relationship between flowering and vegetative growth in the cultivation and management of P.quinquefolium.The results showed that the overwintering bud differentiation of P.quinquefolium could be divided into leaf primordium differentiation stage,leaflet primordium differentiation stage,inflorescence primordium differentiation stage,bract primordium differentiation stage,sepal primordium differentiation stage,petal primordium differentiation stage,stamen primordium differentiation stage and carpel primordium differentiation stage,a total of 8 stages.During the differentiation process of overwintering bud,the content of soluble protein,CAT activity and ABA increased,POD,SOD activity and MDA content,as well as the content of soluble sugar,IAA,GA3 and ZT in different differentiation stages of P.quinquefolium overwintering bud.When the inflorescence primordia started to differentiate,the ratios of ZT/IAA and ZT/GA3 decreased,while the ratios of ABA/IAA and ABA/GA3 increased.
