摘  要:以海芋属植物阿兹兰海芋(Alocasia azlanii)为实验材料,研究外植体类型以及植物生长调节剂种类和浓度对阿兹兰海芋芽增殖、生根的影响,建立离体快繁体系。结果表明,1.0 mg·L^(-1)6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)诱导阿兹兰海芋芽增殖的效果最好,培养30 d后单个茎段诱导形成芽的平均数为4.3。阿兹兰海芋易生根,最适生根培养基为1/2MS+0.1 mg·L^(-1)1-萘乙酸(NAA)+100 mL·L^(-1)椰汁(CW),培养30 d后生根率为100%、平均生根数可达22.6。生根苗移栽60 d后成活率达93.98%。阿兹兰海芋高效离体快繁体系的建立可为其产业化生产提供技术支撑。The effects of the suitable explant types for in vitro rapid propagation as well as suitable plant growth regulator types and concentrations on shoot proliferation or rooting were investigated using Alocasia azlanii as the experimental material.The results showed that 1.0 mg·L^(-1)6-BA had the best effect on the proliferation of A.azlanii.After 30 days of culture,the average number of shoots induced by a single stem segment was 4.3.A.azlanii was easy to take root.The optimum medium for plantlets rooting was 1/2MS+0.1 mg·L^(-1)NAA+100 mL·L^(-1)CW.The rooting rate was 100%and the average number of roots was 22.6 after 30 d of culture.The survival rate of rooted seedlings reached 93.98%after 60 d of transplanting.The establishment of the efficient in vitro rapid propagation system can provide technical support for its industrialized production.
