摘 要:针对王集泌161区块的油藏特点,进行了非均相复合驱技术研究。根据聚合物的浓度、温度、长期热稳定性以及矿化度对黏度的影响,优选了WJ-1聚合物;优选的表面活性剂X161-5质量浓度为500~3000 mg/L时,界面张力均可达到10-3mN/m数量级。岩心驱油试验表明,非均相复合驱油体系(聚合物+表面活性剂+PPG)比单一聚合物、二元复合体系(聚合物+表面活性剂)、非均相体系(聚合物+PPG)采收率分别提高9.07%、4.12%和3.05%;当岩心渗透率级差为3∶1时,设计前置和后置段塞对高渗层进行Ⅱ型PPG的调驱(主段塞用Ⅰ型),和均用Ⅰ型PPG相比,调驱采收率可提高3.03%。According to the reservoir characteristics of Wangji Block 161,heterogeneous composite flooding technology was researched.Based on the effects of viscosity concentration,viscosity-temperature,long-term thermal stability and salinity on viscosity,WJ-1 polymer and surfactant X161-5 with mass concentration of 500-3000 mg/L were selected,the interfacial tension reached the order of 10-3 mN/m.Core flooding experiments showed that the recovery efficiency of heterogeneous composite flooding system(polymer+surfactant+PPG)was 9.07%,4.12%and 3.05%higher than that of single polymer,binary composite system(polymer+surfactant)and heterogeneous system(polymer+PPG),respectively.When the core permeability level difference was 3∶1,the pre-and post-slug design of type PPGⅡ(type I for the main slug)for the high permeability layer could improve the recovery rate by 3.03%compared with that of type PPGⅠ.
