摘 要:为提高纸浆二氧化氯的漂白效率,实验室合成了漂白助剂DA,能够将漂白过程中形成的亚氯酸盐有效转换成对纸浆漂白有利的二氧化氯,从而提高二氧化氯漂白效率,减少二氧化氯用量。实验结果表明,硫酸盐竹浆漂白较佳工艺条件为:ClO2用量1.5%、漂白温度70℃、反应时间60 min、初始pH值4、助剂用量0.5%,最终得到的漂白硫酸盐竹浆白度86.6%、黏度765 mL·g^(-1)。将优化了的轻ECF漂白流程(OZD)与传统ECF漂白工艺流程(OZD_(1)E_(P)D_(2)、OD_(1)E_(P)D_(2))相比,采用OZD短序漂后纸浆黏度最高,成纸的物理性能最佳,具有更好的环境、经济效益。To improve the bleaching efficiency of pulp chlorine dioxide,the laboratory synthesized a bleaching aid DA,which can effectively convert the chlorite formed during the bleaching process into chlorine dioxide,which is beneficial to pulp bleaching,thus improving the efficiency of chlorine dioxide bleaching and reducing the amount of chlorine dioxide.The experimental results showed that the optimum process conditions for the bleaching of sulphate bamboo pulp were:ClO2 dosage 1.5%,temperature 70°C,reaction time 60 min,initial pH 4,auxiliary dosage 0.5%,and the final obtained bleached sulphate bamboo pulp whiteness 86.6%and viscosity 765 mL·g-1.Meanwhile,the optimized light ECF bleaching process(OZD)was compared with the traditional ECF bleaching process(OZD1EPD2,OD1EPD2),the pulp viscosity was the highest and the physical properties of the finished paper were the best,with better environmental and economic benefits.
