摘 要:为更好地开发利用竹原纤维,采用生物与机械耦合的方法对竹材进行处理,筛选出对竹材进行机械破碎有利的生物酶预处理酶系,并将生物机械耦合法制得的竹粉应用于再造烟叶中,通过物理检测和感官质量分析验证其在再造烟叶中的应用效果。结果表明:(1)采用多酶联用对竹材进行处理,生物酶品种及最佳使用比例为木聚糖酶0.03%、果胶酶0.12%、淀粉酶0.35%、漆酶0.35%,通过该酶系处理后的竹材可将其纤维保水值提高到75%以上;(2)通过酶系处理的竹原纤维可通过机械破碎制备出270~300目之间的竹粉;(3)在涂布液中添加5%竹粉制备的再造烟叶可满足卷烟生产工艺要求,并可提升感官质量指标。In order to develop and utilize bamboo fiber better,bamboo was treated by the method of biological and mechanical coupling,and the enzyme system of biological enzyme pretreatment which is conducive to mechanical crushing of bamboo was screened out.The bamboo powder obtained by the method of biological mechanical coupling was applied in the reconstituted tobacco leaf,and its application in the reconstituted tobacco leaf was verified by physical detection and sensory quality analysis.The results showed that:(1)When bamboo was treated with multiple enzymes,the varieties of enzymes and the optimal utilization ratio were xylanase 0.03%,pectinase 0.12%,amylase 0.35%and laccase 0.35%.The fiber water retention value of bamboo treated with this enzyme system could be increased to more than 75%.(2)Bamboo fiber treated by enzyme system can be mechanically broken to produce 270~300 mesh bamboo powder.(3)The reconstituted tobacco leaves prepared by adding 5%bamboo powder in the coating solution can meet the requirements of cigarette production technology and improve the sensory quality index.
