摘　　要：基于住宅适老化改造理论模型和技术方法的演化历程,确立“人-活动-空间-科技”四维交互的养老科技应用框架。进一步分析3种典型场景下的技术效能和改造措施,解析智能家居、环境辅助生活技术和环境机器人等领域的养老科技在改造中的布局方法和设计要点。最终提出落实养老科技的改造设计策略,并指出未来可能的研究方向。Based on the evolution of the theoretical model and technological approach for housing rehabilitation,this paper establishes a four-dimensional framework for the application of gerontechnology,based on the interaction of"people-activities-space-technology".Furthermore,it examines the technical efficacy and rehabilitation measures under three typical scenarios,analyzing the modified layout and key design elements of gerontechnology regarding smart homes,ambient assisted living,and environmental robotics.Ultimately,it proposes the design strategies that underpin the implementation of gerontechnology,and suggests possible avenues for future research.
