摘　　要：莫高窟第196窟是敦煌石窟中保存较为完整的一座唐代窟檐建筑,综合利用多种历史图像材料和空间信息采集手段,对其窟檐建筑进行了较为详细的调查,基本厘清第196窟窟檐百年来历史风貌变迁以及80年来的科学调查历程,校核了第196窟窟檐历次测绘数据,明确了窟檐建筑形制与结构特征,标识出主要构件与改易情况。Cave No.196 of the Mogao Grottoes preserves the only extant eaves of late Tang dynasty in China.Using various historical and visual materials and methods of spatial data collection,this paper examines the eaves of Tang dynasty as found in Cave No.196 in full details,to clarify the historical changes of the eaves and the processes of scientific investigation in the past 8 decades.It also verifies the past surveying data on Cave No.196 to confirm the architectural form and structural characteristics of the caves Tang dynasty,marking the key components and their changes and replacements.
