摘 要:云南省在隔震工程施工工艺方面进行了大量探索与实践,总结出了成熟的施工方法。针对隔震工程下支墩采用一次浇筑法施工存在的不足提出了改进的一次浇筑法,并在改进的基础上相继提出抹浆处理法和二次灌浆法,并对改进的一次浇筑法、抹浆处理法和二次灌浆法在下支墩施工中的表现进行了对比分析。分析表明:小尺度橡胶支座(≤900mm)下支墩采用改进的一次浇筑法进行施工通常可以获得较好的工程质量且施工效率也高;而对于大尺度橡胶隔震支座(≥1000mm),为取得较好的工程质量,其下支墩宜采用抹浆处理法和二次灌浆法进行施工。Benefit from lots of exploration and practice on construction technology of isolation engineering,Yunnan province has developed mature construction methods.In view of the shortcomings of the one-time pouring method used in the construction of the lower column pier in isolation project,an improved one-time pouring method is proposed,and plastering treatment method and secondary grouting method are put forward successively.The performances of the improved one-time pouring method,plastering treatment method and secondary grouting method in the construction of lower column pier are compared and analyzed.The analysis shows that:The lower column pier of small scale rubber bearing(≤900 mm)constructed by improved one-time pouring method commonly shows better project quality as well as higher construction efficiency.But for large scale rubber bearing(≥1000mm),in order to get a better project quality of lower column pier,either plastering treatment method or secondary grouting method is recommended in the construction process.
