摘 要:结合某集团宜昌总部项目深基坑的工程特点,系统分析本工程在临江汛期施工、毗邻超高层高边坡偏压卸荷、临近超高层深基坑同步开挖等复杂条件下的施工难点,总结了本工程在临江汛期施工开挖、基坑降排水、基坑支护及变形监测等方面的关键控制技术,为类似工程建设项目提供参考。Combined with the engineering characteristics of the deep foundation pit of Xingfa headquarters project,this paper systematically analyzes the construction difficulties of this project under complex conditions such as construction in flood season near the river,eccentric pressure unloading of high slopes adjacent to super high-rise buildings,synchronous excavation of deep foundation pits adjacent to super high-rise buildings.And the paper summarizes the key control technologies of the deep foundation pit of this project during excavation in flood season near the Yangtze river,foundation pit dewatering and drainage,foundation pit support and deformation monitoring in flood season near the river,providing reference for similar engineering construction projects.
