摘 要:钢结构施工过程中内力和位移随着建造过程不断变化,传统的结构设计方法按照结构设计位形建立分析模型,可能导致服役期间部分杆件受力不同,而存在安全隐患。为了确保结构施工及使用安全,采用midas Gen对体育场钢结构屋盖进行设计施工一体化分析,并对体育场屋盖卸载方案进行了合理性评估。研究表明,施工过程对结构成型后的支座反力影响较小,但结构杆件应力变化明显,存在一定的安全隐患。对于大型空间钢结构而言,进行设计施工一体化分析,充分考虑施工过程对结构服役阶段的影响,对于保证结构安全是很有必要的,可供类似工程参考。The internal force and displacement of steel structure in the construction process change with the construction process.The traditional structural design method establishes the analysis model according to the structure design configuration,it may result in unsafe stress on some rods during service.In order to ensure structural safety,we adopted midas Gen to conduct integrated analysis of design and construction in unloading stage of steel structure roof of a stadium,and developed a post-processing program of integration analysis of design and construction through Python,evaluated the rationality of unloading scheme of stadium roof.The internal force and deformation produced during unloading construction had little influence on the reaction force of structural support,but had great influence on the stress of roof keel element.The research results verify the rationality of the whole unloading method of the long-span cantilevered steel roof and accelerate the construction progress of the project.
