摘 要:结合工程实例,针对公共建筑常见的屋面高空长悬臂雨篷结构,对原设计钢筋混凝土结构构件采用传统工艺时的施工成本、安全可行性进行分析,结果表明,高空长悬臂钢筋混凝土构件支撑脚手架搭设过程烦琐、施工成本高、安全系数低,发生的措施费远高于相应的工程实体项目费用。通过长悬臂雨篷结构的深化设计,优化其材质、施工工艺,得出了最佳建设方案,在确保建筑物使用功能、外立面观感效果不变的情况下,极大地降低了施工成本,并提高了施工效率。Combined with an engineering example,aiming at the common roof high-altitude long cantilever awning structure in public buildings,this paper analyzes the construction cost and safety feasibility of the original designed reinforced concrete structural members using traditional technology.the construction process of supporting scaffolding of high-altitude long cantilever reinforced concrete members is tedious,the construction cost is high,and the safety factor is low,and the cost of measures is much higher than that of the corresponding project.In this project example,through the deepening design of the long cantilever awning structure,optimizing its material and construction technology,the best construction scheme is obtained,under the condition of ensuring that the use function of the building and the appearance effect of the facade remain unchanged,the construction cost is reduced to a great extent and the construction efficiency is improved.
