摘 要:本研究对支吊架用卷边槽钢受弯构件进行了弹塑性稳定分析,运用有限元软件分析了长细比、截面尺寸、初始弯曲等参数对其稳定性的影响。研究结果显示,卷边槽钢的屈曲变形与其长细比有关。此外,其截面大小也会对结构的稳定性产生一定的影响。另外,初始弯曲对总体稳定系数的影响很大,且影响程度与构件的正则化长细比密切相关。在有限元计算的基础上,与现行规范进行了比较,增加了一个修正系数以确保设计的安全性。In this paper,the elastic-plastic stability analysis is carried out on the flexural members of corrugated channel steel used for support and hangers.The influence of parameters such as slenderness ratio,section size and initial bending on the stability is analyzed by using finite element software.The results show that the buckling deformation of corrugated channel steel is related to its slenderness ratio.In addition,the size of its section will also have a certain impact on the stability of the structure.In addition,the initial bending has a great influence on the overall stability coefficient,and the degree of influence is closely related to the regularized slenderness ratio.On the basis of finite element calculation,the comparison of current standard formulas is made,a correction factor is further added to ensure the safety of the design.
