摘　　要：建筑设计防火规范在城市现代化进程中发挥着重要作用。利用比较研究法分析我国不同阶段建筑设计防火规范的特点,从耐火等级、防火间距、平面布置、防火分区、安全疏散、消防救援设施等六个方面探讨不同版本的变化调整情况及相关背景,为有关建筑防火设计人员进行城市更新改造提供有益借鉴。The code for fire protection design of building plays an important role in the process of urban modernization.This paper uses the comparative study method to analyze the characteristics of different stages of the code for fire protection design of buildings and discusses the changes and adjustments of different versions and the relevant background from six aspects,including fire resistance rating,fire separation distance,plane arrangement,fire compartment,safe evacuation and fire rescue facilities,so as to provide useful reference for the relevant building fire protection designers in urban renewal and reconstruction.
