警察徒手摔控能力提升路径研究——以国际式摔跤融合为例

摘　　要：在警察执法过程中,警察徒手实战所使用的摔控技术不统一且实效性不高。分析警察徒手实战情形、特征及技术需求,通过研究发现,国际式摔跤技术与警察徒手实战摔控技术契合度较高且使用转化较快,对其技术进行创新与优化可有效提升警察徒手摔控能力。在实践中,可通过强化职业体能训练、重复性自主练习、实战化训练促进国际式摔跤技术与警察徒手摔控技术融合与能力提升,通过加强教官队伍和训练硬件建设保障警察徒手实战摔控能力发展。In the process of law enforcement,the wrestling control techniques used in unarmed combat by police is chaotic and ineffective.Through the analysis of the situation,characteristics and technical needs of police unarmed combat,it is found that international wrestling techniques can provide technical support for the development of unarmed wrestling ability of the police,and their ability can be effectively improved by innovating and optimizing their wrestling techniques on the basis of international wrestling techniques.This paper proposes promoting the integration of international wrestling techniques and police unarmed wrestling techniques and enhancing police capability by strengthening physical training,repetitive self-training and combat readiness training,and ensuring the development of police unarmed wrestling control by building up the instructor team and strengthening training hardware.
