论人类命运共同体思想中的道家文化基因

摘　　要：“人类命运共同体”是习近平主席在新的全球化的形势下提出的中国方案,中国传统道家文化蕴含的价值资源对推动构建人类命运共同体具有重要的启示作用。从人类命运共同体思想的核心内涵来看,道家“无为而治”的政治方略有助于化解国际政治中的霸权主义;道家“贵柔谦下”的观点有利于跳出“泛安全化陷阱”;道家“天道”“人道”的思想给缩小全球经济上的“南北差距”问题以有益启示;道家“齐同万物”的理念是摒弃文化上狭隘观念的重要智慧;道家对待人与自然“天人合一”的态度有利于破解生态上的失衡。实践证明,道家文化基因为推动构建人类命运共同体提供了丰富的价值资源,对世界和平与发展具有重要的意义。“A human Community with a Shared Future”is a China s proposal put forward by President Xi Jinping in the context of the new globalization,and the value resources contained in the traditional Chinese Taoist culture have an important role to play in promoting the building of a human community with a shared future.From the core connotation of the idea of a human community with a shared future,the Taoist political strategy of“govern by doing nothing that is against nature”helps to resolve the hegemonism in the international politics;the Taoist viewpoint of“being gentle and modest”helps to break out of the“pan-security trap”;the Taoist idea of“the way of heaven”and“the way of man”gives useful insights into the problem of narrowing the“North-South gap”in the global economy;the Taoist concept of“equality of all beings”is an important piece of wisdom for the abandonment of cultural narrow-mindedness;and the Taoist attitude of“maintaining the balance between man and nature”is conducive to resolving ecological imbalances.It has been proven that the Taoist cultural genes provide rich value resources for promoting the building of a human community with a shared future,and are of great significance to the world peace and development.
