摘 要:为提升实验课的教学创新性,将虚拟仿真技术引入实验教学。以直流电机PWM调速实验为例,基于虚拟仿真软件Proteus完成直流电机调速系统硬件电路的搭建,主要包含单片机最小系统、驱动电路、显示电路、按键电路等模块。在此基础上,利用Keil编程软件对AT89C52单片机进行编程,完成电机控制程序的编写,主要包含转速计算、转速调节器设计、PWM调速实现等部分。最后进行联合仿真调试,完成直流电机PWM调速虚拟仿真实验。虚拟仿真有助于学生加深理解原理、掌握方法,提高学生创新性解决复杂工程应用问题的能力。In order to improve the teaching depth and innovation of experimental courses,virtual simulation technology is introduced into experimental teaching.Taking the PWM speed regulation experiment of DC motor as an example,the hardware circuit of DC motor speed regulation system is built based on the virtual simulation software Proteus,which mainly includes the minimum system of single chip microcomputer,drive circuit,display circuit,key circuit and other modules.On this basis,the AT89C52 is programmed by Keil programming software to complete the motor control program,which mainly includes speed calculation,speed regulator design,PWM speed regulation and so on.Finally,conduct joint simulation debugging and complete the virtual simulation experiment of DC motor PWM speed regulation.The results show that the virtual simulation technology makes the experiment intuitive,flexible and not limited by hardware.It is helpful for students to deepen their understanding of principles,master methods and improve their ability to solve complex engineering application problems creatively.
