摘  要:工业润滑油生产企业多使用人工检尺配合浮子钢带液位计对户外分布式油罐进行液位监控,效率低下,且实时性、准确度差.针对这一问题,设计了一种基于单片机与KingView组态王的分布式油罐液位监控系统.监控系统以组态王软件上位机作为主机,以多个采用STC12控制器设计的液位数据采集终端作为从机,主从机之间通过RS485总线以Modbus RTU协议进行通信.现场实施应用效果表明,系统通信稳定,采集精度高、刷新时间短,且成本经济、方便移植.The industrial lubricating oil production enterprises often use manual gauge and float steel strip level gauge to monitor the level of outdoor distributed oil tanks,which is inefficient,real-time and accu⁃rate.To solve this problem,a distributed oil tank level monitoring system based on single-chip microcom⁃puter and KingView is designed.The monitoring system uses the KingView software host computer as the host computer,and several liquid level data acquisition terminals designed with STC12 controller as the slave computers.The master and slave computers communicate with each other through RS485 bus and Modbus RTU protocol.The upper computer screen can intuitively monitor the real-time liquid level height of each oil tank,and has the functions of slave communication fault indication and audible and visual alarm beyond the upper limit.The field application results show that the system has stable communication,high acquisition accuracy,short refresh time,economic cost and convenient transplantation.
