摘  要:为探究贵州省六盘水市喀斯特山区‘红阳’猕猴桃膨大期的光合特性,测定了‘红阳’猕猴桃膨大期的光合生理指标,分析‘红阳’猕猴桃膨大期光合特性的日变规律,为‘红阳’猕猴桃在贵州六盘水市的生产栽培技术与管理措施提供一定的参考依据。结果表明:‘红阳’猕猴桃膨大期净光合速率(P_(n))、蒸腾速率(T_(r))和气孔导度(G_(s))的日变化趋势均为“双峰”曲线,具有典型的光合“午休”现象;在喀斯特山区‘红阳’猕猴桃膨大期叶片光合作用能力受限的因素既有气孔因素也有非气孔因素。建议采取合理遮阳和适度喷灌措施来降低‘红阳’猕猴桃的日灼伤害以及提升‘红阳’猕猴桃的净光合速率。To explored the photosynthetic characteristics of Actinidia chinensis‘Hongyang’during fruit enlargement period in karst mountains area of Liupanshui City,Guizhou Province.The photosynthetic physiological indexes of Actinidia chinensis‘Hong⁃yang’during fruit enlargement period were measured,and the diurnal variation of photosynthetic characteristics of Actinidia chi⁃nensis‘Hongyang’during fruit enlargement period was analyzed.This study provides some reference for the cultivation tech⁃niques and management measures of Actinidia chinensis‘Hongyang’in Liupanshui City of Guizhou Province.The results showed that the diurnal variation trend of net photosynthetic rate(P_(n)),transpiration rate(T_(r))and stomatal conductance(G_(s))of Actinidia chinensis‘Hongyang’during fruit enlargement period was a bimodal curve,with a typical photosynthetic“midday break”phenom⁃enon.The decrease in Pn of Actinidia chinensis‘Hongyang’during fruit enlargement period were resulted from stomatal limitation and non-stomatal limitation in karst mountains area.It is suggested that reasonable shading and moderate spraying irrigation could reduce the sunburn damage of Actinidia chinensis‘Hongyang’and improve the net photosynthetic rate of Actinidia chinensis‘Hongyang’.
